I was the one who saw it first on the Object List that time. As you can see, it was on the top layer. When the flag has been added, I did the following:
When opening the question, there was the usual one star question mark, and this one looked to me to be on the same level as the other two questions that had been asked before.
Seeing the flag, I removed it. In the description of the flag, there were the words "This question or answer may be a duplicate." I thought that I should then raise a flag and flag it as duplicates with the title "This question or answer may be a duplicate."
During this process, I realized that the question was not actually a duplicate of the other two, and I did not flag it.
In fact, this question had been asked before and it had been closed. I was unaware of this.
After I discovered that this question was not a duplicate, I opened the question again, and the question mark had disappeared.
At the top of the list, this question was shown as "6 view" and "5 answers".
This question was placed on the top layer of the list.
After that, I started looking at the other questions.
When I looked at the other questions, I was disappointed that none of them were answered. All three questions had "1 answer".
